Application

An application for our dormitory is possible at any time. The best chance for a room is at the end of the semester, as this is the time when vacant rooms are more likely. But even during the semester there is always the opportunity to move in with us. The application process is carried out in three steps:

First, you must apply on the SWFR website to be accepted into the procedure. You can find the form on the SWFR website.
As soon as this is done, you can apply using this form. Please fill it out completely and send it. Please note that you must fill out this form to be able to apply to us, an application only to SWFR is not enough! Here you can find the form:

If a room becomes vacant, the admissions committee selects applicants according to the criteria set out in our statutes. The applicants will be invited to a short interview and a tour of the dormitory. If you cannot come in person, we will provide an alternative.

If there is nothing more in the way of moving into our dormitory from both sides, the SWFR will send you a lease agreement.

SUBLETTING

Please be aware that we do not organize sublets. If you are looking for a short period accommodation, you can find offers on websites such as wg-gesucht.de or facebook. We will not answer requests for sublets.
